Steven TGood stay in Hotel Saint Germain des Prés We loved our stay in this hotel. The experience from start to finish was fantastic. Everything I experienced was Excellent. Amazing staff,Everyone from the person who greeted me at the door were very attentive i would like to specially mention Sanjee, I don't know what's his post but he was very helpful thank you for everything. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is right beside Brasserie Lipp, right across Cafe de Flore, a big Monoprix was around the corner, and the taxi line is right up front. I chose this hotel over another favorite in the Marais area because we were arriving on the late train from London and Cafe de Flore is a must must for us when in Paris. Thank you to Murad for giving us the room with a view of Cafe de Flores as I requested! It was a nice big room with a king bed. The bathroom was an open one which was ok but I wish the toilet (which had a door). was closer to the sink. Great French style rooms with lots of storage space and updated bathroom but best to bring your own toiletries because they provided a shampoo-and-bath gel in-one The breakfast for 5 EUR was as you would expect but the croissants were something I could not resist even though I would never eat carbs more than once a week. Location across from famous bars as extra fun. about 1 minute walk to Metro. Staff very accommodating. Our rooms were on the top floor, in those cool traditional Parisian dormers. Staff were really helpful, bed was very comfy and room was spotless. Our view overlooked the famous Cafe De Flore which made a lovely view.
